Teamscheme is a resource forecasting tool that gives team members a comprehensive view into who is doing what, and when they're scheduled to do it. I've been working in marketing agencies for the last 13 years, and have been watching production/traffic managers, development team leads, and producers/project managers schedule and allocate the working time of their teams using tools that were not built for the job (mostly Excel). Teamscheme is being built specifically to make team scheduling easier. You can watch the 6 minute video below to explore the product a bit.
